Please note: all garlands require a closed vehicle for pickup. Necessary materials along with instructions are provided upon pick-up for self-installation. Balloon Garlands are non-refundable one week from scheduled pick-up date. Color palette is final one week from scheduled pick-up date. Any requests for color changes after that date are not guaranteed.
